If you wish to join the P.L.S.C., or if you’d simply like one of our brochures, just send us your name and address on the Contact Us menu. We will mail you a brochure that contains the membership registration form. Just mail your completed registration form to the address provided along with your check. Annual dues are $10.00/single, $15.00/family.
